    They have a great showroom with well informed salespeople and quality heaters. The installer was terrific and only had to wait a couple of weeks to get installed. Unfortunately the heater I received was damaged and the part sat in their shop for five weeks until they had someone available to deliver it. Eventually i gave up and went into the store to pick it up but it wasn't there. The manager was apologetic and did eventually send the part via mail.

    Pivot have been very helpful from start to finish with purchasing and advice on installing our Invicta Tipi wood heater. They organised shipping from Melbourne to Canberra for what is a very tall and heavy cast iron fireplace. They also returned and sent several flue pieces without any problems or delays when the install changed. Overall we are delighted with both the service from Pivot and the heater operation afterwards.
